We are partners of a series of educational videos created by the micromobility portal SmartRide.pl with the scope of how to ride electric scooters in a safe manner and in accordance with Polish law.
From May 2021, there are regulations in force in Poland regarding the use of electric scooters and – separately categorized from that moment – personal light electric vehicles (PLEV) on public roads. In order to properly adapt to these regulations, the first Polish portal on micromobility launched “SmartRide. Riding e-scooters” – an information hub showing, explaining and educating about the Polish regulations for the above-mentioned vehicle categories, in particular for electric kick scooters.
There, you can also watch a series of educational videos we are a partner of. These videos show the practical approach to the new regulations in real life situations, e.g., what type of roads are allowed for riding e-scooters, what rules must be followed and how should the vehicles be parked in public realm. In addition, the “SmartRide. Riding e-scooters” information hub also contains many other valuable content, including news on legal regulations for micromobility in Poland.
